Private aviation

Private jets and helicopters

A two-day drive becomes an hour in the air. We arrange private jets, helicopters and medical flights with DGCA-approved operators, and fit them into the rest of your journey.

Why fly private

When it is worth it

India is big and its roads are slow. A private aircraft makes sense when time is short, when the group is large enough to share the cost, or when the place has no airline service at all.

  • Delhi to Udaipur in about an hour, instead of a day on the road
  • Two palace hotels on the same day, with lunch in between
  • Your own timetable: you leave when you are ready, not when the airline does
  • Small airports and helipads that scheduled flights never reach
  • A quiet cabin for a family, a wedding party or a board meeting

How it works

From request to take-off

1

Tell us the flight

The date, the route, how many are flying and any special needs: luggage, catering, a stretcher, a pet.

2

Compare the options

We ask DGCA-approved operators for aircraft and prices and show you the options side by side, with the aircraft type and what is included.

3

Confirm in writing

We check the operator's permit and insurance, then confirm the flight, the crew and the times in writing.

4

Fly

Your driver takes you to the terminal or the helipad. Ground handling and transfers at both ends are part of the plan.

Good to know

Safety and the rules

Licensed operators only
In India only holders of a DGCA Non-Scheduled Operator Permit (NSOP) may fly paying passengers. Privately registered aircraft cannot be chartered, and we never use them.
Who flies the aircraft
The operator keeps full control of the aircraft, the crew and the decision to fly. We arrange and coordinate; we do not operate aircraft.
Weather
Pilots decide on the day. Single-engine helicopters fly in daylight and good visibility only, so we always keep a road plan in reserve.
Prices
Every flight is quoted for its route and date. Charters in India carry GST, typically 18%. The quote lists what is included before you confirm.

Request a flight

Tell us the date, the route and how many are flying

We reply with aircraft options and a written quote, usually the same day. Asking costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
