What it depends on
- Landing permission
- The venue owner has to agree, the crew checks the site, and local clearances are needed. Not every lawn or courtyard can take a helicopter.
- Daylight and weather
- Most helicopter arrivals happen in daylight. Twin-engine helicopters have more options; the pilot decides on the day.
- Book early
- The wedding season, from November to February, is also the busiest time for aircraft. Ask as soon as the date is fixed.
- Guest lists
- Passenger names and ID details are needed before every flight. We collect them with the rest of the guest information.
