A twin-engine helicopter on a mountain helipad with snow peaks behind

Helicopters

Helicopter charter

Straight from the city to a palace hotel, a hill station or a temple town, landing where no aircraft with wings can.

Where we fly you

What helicopters are best for

Transfers

From the airport to a resort, or between two cities a few hours apart by road: Delhi to Agra, Gurgaon to Chandigarh, Mumbai to Alibaug or Lonavala.

Palaces and hotels

A landing at or near a palace hotel in Rajasthan, where the venue has an approved site, or at the nearest helipad with a short drive.

Pilgrimages

Kedarnath and the Char Dham in Uttarakhand, Vaishno Devi, Shirdi and Tirupati, with the timing planned around the rituals.

Remote places

Valleys, estates and sites far from any runway, and aerial filming for productions.

Which helicopter

Single or twin engine

Single engine
Bell 407, Airbus H125. Daytime flights in good weather, for pilgrimages, scenic flights and regional hops. Usually one pilot.
Twin engine
Leonardo A109S, Bell 429, Airbus H145. Two pilots, quieter cabins, and certified for night and instrument flying and for routes over cities.
Passengers
Usually four to six, depending on the helicopter, the altitude, the temperature and the luggage. The operator confirms the number for each flight.
Luggage
Soft bags only, and less than on a plane: weight and balance matter on a helicopter.

Landing sites

How a landing is arranged

1

We check the site

Every landing site needs the owner's permission and a safety check by the crew, plus air traffic and local clearances where they apply.

2

The operator gets the permits

The operator applies for the clearances and confirms the time window.

3

A fallback if needed

If a site cannot be approved, we land at the nearest approved helipad and finish the trip by car.

4

On the day

A safety briefing at the helipad, then you fly. If the weather closes in, the pilot decides and our road plan takes over.

Timing

How far ahead to ask

For a city transfer or a popular route we can usually show you options within an hour. New landing sites and flights with several stops take longer, because each helipad has to be checked and approved.

In the wedding season and during the pilgrimage months, ask as early as you can.

Request a flight

Tell us the date, the route and how many are flying

We reply with aircraft options and a written quote, usually the same day. Asking costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
