What you love
Wellness and Ayurveda
Ayurveda in Kerala, where it is still practised as medicine, yoga by the Ganges in Rishikesh, and quiet retreats in the hills: a journey to rest as well as to see.
Ayurveda is a system of medicine in Kerala, not a spa menu. A proper programme starts with a consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor and needs at least a week, and ideally two or three, with a diet and treatments planned for you.
The monsoon months, June to September, are the traditional season for treatment in Kerala: cool, green and quiet. For yoga and meditation, Rishikesh and the hills of Himachal and Uttarakhand are at their best in spring and autumn.

How we plan it
What we take care of
The right retreat
We know which retreats are serious about medicine and which are spas, and match them to what you want.
Before and after
A few days of travel before the retreat, and a gentle day or two after it.
Your doctor first
If you have a medical condition, talk to your own doctor before booking a treatment programme.
