Very good service. We had already booked our flight tickets to India & Nepal, But we weren’t sure how to go about from there. We knew we wanted to see the Taj Mahal, but beyond that we were clueless. After a lot of research and being disappointed by so many travel agencies, we finally found TravelZeg. The very first impression was great. The representatives are extremely polite and professional. All I told them was we want to see the Taj Mahal and our tickets are booked for September for 15 days. Within 2 days we got an entire detailed proposal, with beautiful pictures and a quotation that was slightly higher than our budget. They made sure we have our trip within our budget. They were prompt, fast with all their responses. Finally, after 5 months there we were in India. Such a memorable trip. Wouldn’t have been possible without TZ.

Despite a few problems were with the poor quality of the communication with driver, the general impression was positive. The positive aspects were the quality of most of hotels, the expertise of driving, which is essential in India. And the possibility to visit famous local sites. They changed the driver 2nd day of our tour after our concern, I personally wasn’t comfortable because our first driver was very nice and polite as well but we couldn’t communicate well that’s why we had to change. Another driver was perfect in English and understanding of French was also quite satisfactory.

“TravelZeg organised a 17 days’ trip through Rajasthan and to Agra (Taj Mahal) and Varanasi for me and my family. We travelled by car (with a driver arranged by TZ) and by train and plane. All arrangements (accommodation, transfers, train, plane tickets) were made by TZ and went smoothly and to schedule (except an overnight train which was very late, and not under the control of the company, but our guides from the company waited with us and were there to pick us up when we arrived 2 hours late).
